Casa Drac is the best place to enjoy outdoor spaces and a quiet environment. It is our cosy stone house built at the beginning of last century in the northern district of Gracia. It is a co-living house that you will share with other guests like you in a family atmosphere. In your spacious and comfortable room you will have your private bathroom. All expenses are included. We propose comfortable common spaces dining room, living room and kitchen . It is located at a seven min walking distance from Vallcarca metro station and from nearest supermarket and twelve from Park Guell and Parc Coll. You can enjoy our nice garden and wonderful roof terrace with views. You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than six months. The rental is including all expenses (utilities & wifi). If you are looking for the most quiet neighbourhood well connected with the city centre you will feel great with us It is an ideal place for remote working thanks to the high speed wifi connection
