If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. - When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
- 24 hours to check your new homeIf the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.

- ID card or passport -Last 2 payroll employment contract if you are working in a company -If you are your own company, income statement for the last year and the self-employed from the last year
- If you are a student and you are coming for a study exchange, it is the parents who have to prove your payroll or income statement.
- Smoking is absolutely forbidden.
- Loud and noisy parties are absolutely forbidden.
- Bills are included up to 50€ per person.
- Check in time from 09:00 to 19:00 & check out time at 12:00, outside this times the tenant will have to pay an extra fee of 50€.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
