Modern, quiet, central, forty square meter studio attic , steps from the port and Ramblas on a very quiet street off paseo Colon steps from the port No immediate neighbours above or beside so very silent! The flat has a double queen bed ,a closet, drawers, desk and plenty of storage. Kitchen includes microwave, cooker, washing machine, coffee machine .AC and heating and very well insulated. Elevator on building but one floor to go up. Equipped and furnished, sheets, towels, blackouts, ironing, good shower, clean ! The flat is not suitable for families, couples and singles welcome. (Community terrace is for owners only)
