This small but well-designed studio apartment. It offers one main room where you will find a double bed, the kitchen and a living area, and there is a separate modern bathroom. It is located on Carrer de Sant Pau, in the neighborhood of El Raval, within a five-minute walk from both the Rambla de Catalunya and the Rambla de El Raval. This exterior apartment is ideal for movie lovers, as it is located right next to the Filmoteca de Catalunya, where you can enjoy both classical and contemporary films.

What we liked the most

  • This sunny exterior apartment receives a vast amount of natural light, and being located on the third floor, it enjoys of great views over the city which can be enjoyed from a small balcony.
  • The apartment will be cool and pleasant during the hot summer months, as there is an air-conditioning unit.
  • The TV can be seen from both the bed and the sofa.
  • There is a small table where you can have your meals or use it as a desk to work or study.
  • There is a washing machine and you can put your clothes outdoors in the balcony so they dry faster.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is small but it can comfortably accommodate a single person or a couple.
  • There is no oven, but you will find a microwave and an electric stove to cook your meals.
