This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has individual heating and A/C and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks inside the apartment or a line over the patio. Electricity and water are included in the rent up to a 120€ limit.

Fabulous for students or couples, this bright and sunny studio apartment is fully furnished and centrally located. It features high ceilings, large windows, and parquet floors, which make it appear much larger than its 49 sqm. The bathroom and kitchen are both modern and beautifully designed, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dining table, and plenty of storage. The living and sleeping area also includes a lovely wooden loft with two beds. This space is incredibly versatile, and may be used as an additional bedroom, office area, or storage. The windows open onto a small balcony, and are double-pane glass to block out the sounds of the city when you wish. Travessera de Gràcia runs close to main avenues like Passeig de Sant Joan, Avenida Diagonal, and Passeig de Gràcia. Here you will be in the heart of the city, surrounded by bohemian boutiques and fantastic bars and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • Vila de Gràcia is a young and vibrant neighborhood with every amenity and wonderful architecture.
  • The loft is a very useful and versatile space that adds quite a lot of square meters to the apartment.
  • The studio's modern, thoughtful design also includes a surprising amount of storage and several built in wardrobes.
  • Electricity and water are included in the rent.
