Completamente equipado con Aire acondicionado en el salón y el dormitorio, ventiladores de techo, lavavajillas, etc. Este barrio se caracteriza por ser una zona tranquila y residencial pero bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad. Alrededor del piso se encuentran bares, restaurantes y supermercados de todo tipo. A 4 minutos de el mercado de El carmel (un lugar idóneo para comprar bueno y barato). A 12 minutos de el parque guell.
