Stanze luminosissime eleganti e signorili in punto centrale e ben servito, di fronte al Lungomare, a quattro isolati a piedi dal quartiere Murat , in condominio silenzioso, tranquillo e per serenità. No rumori, no feste, no chiasso, solo quiete, educazione e relax. Zona vicina alla stazione, al teatro Petruzzelli, all’Università di Bari Aldo Moro e a due km dal Politecnico di Bari. Possibilità anche di soggiornare con persone dello stesso sesso o gruppo. Si accettano gruppi anche da sei persone. SOLO USO TRANSITORIO NO PER RESIDENZA STABILE..

Per i mesi di agosto e settembre nessuna variazione di prezzo. In casa la proprietaria risiede e ha una stanza riservata per sè. La stanza n. quattro è per una sola persona ha solo un tavolo ed un posto letto motivo per cui è la più economica ed é una stanzetta per soggiorni brevi. Lo scaldabagno è elettrico per la sola acqua calda. NON ESISTE CALDAIA.

If the consumption of water, electricity and gas exceeds the aforesaid monthly amounts, the lessors shall pay the exceeding amount requested by the condominium administrator or by the electricity and gas suppliers, shall always monitor their own consumption and transmit to the lessor on a quarterly basis a photo of the meter, even if it is a down payment, and, upon the release of the property, shall pay any electricity, water, gas and/or condominium charges that may exceed the agreed limits, authorising the lessor to deduct from the deposit. These amounts, by agreement of the parties, may also be deducted from the deposit, which shall be returned by the lessor within and no later than 12 months from the release of the rooms, and in any case after a full inspection of both the state of the property and the balance invoices.
In the event that the keys are returned earlier than the end of the lease term, the rent already paid will not be returned and in any case the tenant is required to give two months‘ (sixty calendar days’) notice in the event of early termination of the contract
