The flat is on first floor with lift and it is perfect for a couple or up to three persons and is fully furnished. It has very bright interiors that lighten up the atmosphere of the space.
This beautiful property comes in at 60 m2 and features high ceilings that give the areas a spacious feeling, large windows that glare natural light into the space. You'll find a comfortable double bed, so you will have all the space you need, a large wardrobe providing plenty of room for your clothes and a wall TV to relax during lying in bed, a fully fitted bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a living room with a big table to use for having meals or to study, read and work. A TV room with sofa bed, two terraces (one with communal garden view and the other one in front of the building) and a storage room. In other words, a great place to come home to!
