Spotahome's opinion

The building is a completely renovated old Berlin building and is located in the immediate vicinity of public transport (U 6, S-Bahn Ring, bus lines, etc.) and the city motorway. Tempelhofer Feld is a 10-minute walk away and all the infrastructure for daily needs is in the immediate vicinity. The underground line U6 and several bus lines are within walking distance. The public transport connection is good, i.e. "Friedrichstr:" in 20 minutes, "BergmanKiez" in 10 minutes or the City West with the M46.

What we liked the most

The flat is a very bright maisonette attic flat on the 3rd floor. Kitchen, daylight bathroom, bedroom, living room / children's room, gallery, living room, guest WC, terrace, storage room.
