Bright and stylish two bedroom apartment decorated with love to detail. The modern open plan kitchen combines perfectly with the living space where you can access to the balcony with access to a second bedroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed including a ensuite bathroom which features a bath tub as well as a walking closet for your wardrobe. The fully equipped open plan kitchen has modern appliances all the way through s.a dishwasher, induction stove, juicer etc. The second bathroom has a walk-in rain shower including a dryer and a separate washing machine. There is a concierge service for assistance. Monthly or weekly cleaning can be booked on request.

The building has a concierge service, and is surrounded by green landscaping. The location in the centre of Berlin enjoys excellent tram and train services. It is within an easy reach from Tegel Airport and Hauptbahnhof Central Station.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home

    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

    If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
