Very quiet, sun-drenched two-storey house. Ideal for creative people, on the ground floor there is a huge living room with a chimney and a modern open plan kitchen, as well as a bedroom. On the top floor, there is a large studio, that is also ideal as a home office, or just to relax, there is a sofa bed for a third person to sleep. On the upper floor there are also two sun terraces and a small bathroom with shower, as well as a pantry kitchen. Other great features are a sauna, barbecue, large terrace with seating area and a quiet, spacious garden.
Located in a green and quiet area of Pankow, yet close to the city, twenty minutes to Alexanderplatz. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket around the corner.
