The refurbished apartment has two inviting rooms with a view of the Volkspark Wilmersdorf. The spacious living room has a conservatory including underfloor heating. The bedroom is also very bright, but can be darkened considerably thanks to the roller blind. The kitchen is fully equipped, has many storage compartments and includes a lavish fridge-freezer.
The highlights of the bathroom are the shower tray, a bidet and a Miele washing machine with dryer function. All utilities (WiFi, GEZ, electricity, water) are already covered in the rent. Plants and other private items which can be seen in the pictures are not part of the rent.
