What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
It's within a historic city villa from the golden twenties on one thousand and two nudred sqm property with three designer bedrooms, a guest toilet. I hosted opera singers from Wagner, actors, musicians and global consultants from McKinsey and EY. It has two balconies to the east and west, a huge open kitchen with dining and living area. It is full of light and you wake up by squirrels or birds singing. It is seven minutes by car to the famous Kurfuerstendamm and close to beautiful parks. There are very ncie restaurants in the area and organic food shops, coffee shops and bakeries. The tube station is in walking distance.
