What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Beautiful old building on a traffic-calmed street in the Wrangelkiez. The apartment has a very large kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a 180cm box spring bed and a large living room with a sofa and flat screen TV (55 inches).
The floorboards were sanded and oiled in 2021 and the apartment was also just renovated in 2021.
The apartment is fully furnished.
Internet is available and fast :). The cold rent mentioned is not really cold, because it includes all additional costs with the exception of electricity (billed according to consumption) and the wood pellets for the pellet stove. Heating is mainly done with a WiFi-operated, non-fossil pellet stove, for which the pellets would have to be procured myself or I could buy them at the market price.
We usually live in the apartment with our dog. If you have a dog allergy or similar, the apartment would unfortunately not be suitable.
