What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

**Important: ** the piano, wooden cabinet and sideboard are **not **in the flat now. Beautiful old apartment in Viktoria-Luise-Platz... We lived as a couple in this spacious apartment - incredible view on the Vikotria-Luise-Platz in this lovely neighbourhood. There is no street noise but green trees and a fountain in summer which makes dinner on the balcony to a great event. Lots of restaurants and bars are just in a few minutes walking distance and the subway right on the other side of the square. There is also a roof top terrace to access with a beautiful view on Schöneberg ! We are very sad to leave the apartment for a while for some reasons- at least for one year, but it might be longer...
