What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
There is a bathroom, a guest WC, 3 children's/study/bedrooms each with a bed (140 cm in 2 rooms and 90 cm in the 3rd), a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a studio room with a 140 cm bed. So 5 beds in total. Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board are in the basement in one room. 2 other cellar rooms are closed, so in addition to the living space of 153 square metres, there are about 15 square metres in the cellar. There is a fireplace, a large balcony and a huge terrace, a carport and a completely fenced garden with a high hedge (garden not visible from the outside), tennis table, children's play equipment, large sandpit and a place for barbecuing. The plot size is 400 square metres. The kitchen was replaced last year and has an induction hob and other high-quality appliances.
