The apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities and has very elegant wooden floor boards and finishing touches. The cozy living room opens up to a spacious balcony that overlooks a lush green courtyard. The apartment would be suitable for young professionals and managers.
Mitte is a great central neighborhood for young professionals because it is the city's startup hub. In terms of shopping you have all the options possible, from upscale boutiques to an open-air market. The apartment is located about 5 minutes away from two separate metro lines.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is well-sized and overlooks a peaceful green courtyard.
- The living room has a big corner sofa, coffee table, storage, dining table, and TV.
- There is extra storage space in the corridors.
- The bed is a king-size bed
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
- There is a metro stop and multiple bus connection just 5 minutes away from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The study has a make-shift bed for occasional visitors.
- The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment itself is equipped with modern amenities.
