The apartment is on the top floor of the building and includes a large, south-facing balcony which will get plenty of sun in the summer, and has large windows to make the most of the light in the winter. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower cubicle, both brand new, and is clean and bright, tiled throughout. As well as the living space, main bedroom, and kitchen, the apartment has a separate study room, again with the stunning vintage furniture, which also has a sofa that converts to a single bed, ideal for you have a guest stay, or if you need a second bedroom.

The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg, close to Friedrichshain, and has quick access to the city centre, with Alexanderplatz less than 30-minutes walk away. Nearby there are lots of nice cafes and restaurants, along with local stores. Friedrichshain Volkspark is just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment, a lovely place to stroll in the sun.

What we liked the most

  • With both a bathtub, and a separate shower, you will have the choice between a long and relaxing bath, or a quick shower to hurry to the city centre for a night on the town.
  • We love the Danish vintage furniture, particularly the bedside tables, and the desk in the study!
  • This is a very bright apartment, with skylights and large windows throughout, including the glass wall to the balcony.
  • We also love the balcony!
  • The apartment is quite central in the city, just a short walk from Alexanderplatz.
