The apartment is well decorated throughout, with carefully chosen fittings and ornaments, all accenting one another to create a unique style. The fittings in the kitchen and bathroom are new and clean. You will also have access to a small private terrace; a lovely place to eat breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning. Dream come true flat with private terrace, giving house feeling, specially in corona times.
You will be living in an area within short waling distance of 2 train stations, making travel anywhere in the city easy, for work, study, or play. Nearby you will also find Helmholtzplatz, and in the streets around, there are lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants. There are a few shops nearby, and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- Carefully chosen ornaments give the home an ambiance that is unique.
- You will have access to a small, private terrace.
- 2 train stations within less than 10 minutes' walk will make travel all over the city a breeze.
- Max-Schmeling-Halle is nearby, a huge venue for basketball and handball, ideal for fans!
