This 68 m², one bedroom apartment with a private study room available to rent is a charming property in the residential neighborhood of Charlottenburg. The apartment has 1 large master bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd study room with. The U-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped and has with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. In the living room area you will find plenty of shelving and a balcony creating a cozy and fresh space to relax.
Charlottenburg is a charming residential neighborhood known for its beautiful houses and central location. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Lietzensee Lake, the perfect location for a morning jog. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but if in the mood for a little more excitement you can reach the city center in just 15 minutes.
What we liked the most
- There are a lot of windows and elegant wood flooring.
- The living room faces the street and opens up onto a small balcony filling it with a lot of natural light and providing a calm place to have breakfast or an evening drink.
- The kitchen has an elegant sink and a state-of-the art coffee maker – a true gift if you are a coffee drinker!
- You are only 15 minutes away from the city center.
