The loft-like open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, the kitchen and the large sunny balcony leading off it all face the garden. Two further large rooms with single beds and two bathrooms (bath, shower cubicle) face the quiet Behaimstrasse. The flat is fully equipped, lovingly furnished to a high standard - mostly with designer furniture. Wooden plank flooring is laid throughout the flat. It is possible to set up to three workstations. Fast internet with 250 MB via cable connection offers the best conditions for working from home or streaming films and music via the flat-screen TV or Sonos box. The big plus for families: a room measuring around 20 m2 has everything to make children's hearts beat faster (slide, puppet theatre, games, etc.).
