What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Flat in one of Berlin’s favourite areas.
The apartment (50 square meter) consists of living room, separate kitchen with utensils, large bedroom with a working corner (working desk and chair), bathroom with a bathtub, laundry machine (no dryer).
It is in the inner part of the building, 2d floor without a lift, away from the street noise, yet very central located with some of Prenzlauerberg’s favourite cafes, restaurants and bars around the corner.
Transportation is very convenient. Hundred meters from the apartment is a M4 tram stop, as well as M2 stop nearby. Whether you’d like to take a scroll in one of Berlin’s landmark parks, or explore Kolwitzplatz with its trendy spots, its all within 5-10 min walk. Alexanderplatz could be reached in a few minutes with the tram.
