This quiet and stylish, completely renovated and newly furnished, furnished apartment is located in a very quiet location in a very well-kept, listed apartment building in green Pankow on the first floor due to its orientation towards the garden and backyard. It has designer furniture, lovingly and high-quality living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped new kitchen and a new bathroom with a large shower. In this apartment you can immediately "feel at home" to spend your time in Berlin quietly and comfortably, but also stylishly and with very good connections to the pulsating city life. On the one hand, the very quiet location in combination with all shops for daily needs right on the doorstep characterize this apartment. There is a pharmacy and a newly opened hairdressing salon on the ground floor. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be reached in a minute on foot. There are also snack bars, restaurants, an ice cream shop, a DHL shop, a flower shop, a medical center and EC machines in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance on Wilhelmsruher Hauptstr., which is busy during the day. It is only a stone's throw to Lake Wilhemsruhe, the Schönholzer Heide with extensive forests and meadows and the attractive green surroundings invite you to go jogging. Pankow is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. The apartment has a loft-like open living, dining and kitchen area, which also leads to the sunny and quiet balcony. The distance to the neighboring buildings is large, which allows for pleasant privacy and prevents the neighbors from seeing the apartment. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed and plenty of storage space in a large wardrobe. In the kitchen area there is a table with space for several people to work and eat. Fast internet with 100 MB via cable connection, ideal for working or streaming pictures and music via the flat screen TV or the Sonos boxes with Alexa. New oak parquet flooring was installed throughout the apartment.

    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    • Direct debit of the rental payment
      Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home

    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

    If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
