A gorgeous and very well located flat with 101qm, 3 bedrooms, 2 WCs and great living room with glassed balcony and dinning corner. The big bed room contains a kingsize bed, a wardrobe and a work desk. The two other bedrooms contain a single beds, drawers and work desks. The kitchen includes all required device e.g. Microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge and so on. All these devices are built-in. The washing machine is located in the big bath room. In addition the flat owns a double size guest rest room. The flat is in a modern building that was built around 2000. It contains a lift, a garage in the basement and a nice garden on the rear side of the building. The living room is located on the front side of the building. The glassed balcony on the living room side offers seating possibilities and cozy evenings. The bedrooms and the kitchen are located on the rear side of the building. The French windows offer balcony feeling to the rear garden. A TV is available and a 50mBit internet connection as well.
