What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The bright 3-room apartment meets the highest criteria. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One with a king-size bed (1.80mx2.00m) and an organic hypoallergenic mattress. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (1.20mx2.00m) including a mattress topper. Each room has electrically operated external blinds. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Elevator is in the building. The house was built in 2015. All apartments are surrounded by a quiet, green garden that protects the house from the noise of the street. Live very quietly, despite the very central location. The house has a small, private gym and a communal roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the city.There are garage parking spots available in the house for 200€ per month (please ask for availability)

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
