What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This brand new 2-room apartment was furnished in spring of 2017. It fulfills the highest criteria. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household utensils, fridge with a freezer and an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. Double bed with a high-quality mattress. Krausenstrasse is located near the Berlin´s highlights (Checkpoint Charlie, Nikolaiviertel, Gendarmenmarkt, Jewish Museum) All of these points of interests can be found in walking distance from the apartment.

    How to book

    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
