What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Beautiful 3-room apartment with an open living room incl. kitchen. The apartment is very bright and quiet despite the central location facing the street. Triple glazed windows. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be extended a bit, so that two people would fit here. The third room has a sofa in it and can be used as an office space as well. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One of them is equipped with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. There is also a private patio. “Anmeldung” is possible. Wifi is available.
