With an area of 54 m², the apartment provides different environments with both light and dark colored walls, Asian decor, and cozy furniture. There is an equipped kitchen and fully furnished living room that opens up onto a small balcony.
The apartment is located in the residential Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg area, but residential does not mean boring. This district is known for having a very lively nightlife with plenty of cultural and social events to choose from. For a more relaxing weekend, you have the large Volkspark Hasenheide just a short walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is an elegant bathroom with a rain-head shower.
- There are 2 sofa-beds, one that opens up into a single bed and the other into a double bed.
- The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
- You have a large park, metro, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not have an elevator.
- The sofa-beds are for short-term visitors only, not additional tenants.
