Everything is ready for you to move in, with all bed linens and towels provided, in addidion to a fully-equipped kitchen, with all modern appliances. Both rooms are able to accommodate couples; bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, while bedroom 2 has a double. A cot for an infant can also be provided. The lounge is set up for your comfort, with a Bose surround sound music system, DVD player with a selection of DVDs to watch, and even Apple TV, so you can connect your iPad etc to the flat-screen 40" television through the Wi-Fi.

The streets surrounding the apartment are mostly residential, but you don't have to walk far to find busier areas. Within just a 2-5 minute walk you can be on bustling shopping streets, where you can find many restaurants,cafes and trendy neighbourhood bars. There are 3 supermarkets in the immediate area, and the larger commercial shopping street, Tauentzienstraße is just a 10-minute walk away where you can find the iconic Gemrna department store Kaufhaus De Westens. There are several farmer style markets in the area too!
