This is an amazing 4th floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Wiener Straße, Berlin. It has a spacious living room, lovely decor, and it's close to several points of cultural interest.
We think this apartment is perfect for artistic professionals. Whether you're looking to get the creative juices flowing or simply looking for a cool spot to live in, Kreuzberg has you covered.

Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is not meant as a shared apartment, preferred to rent for one person
- You'll be on the 4th floor with no elevator – work those glutes.
- The living room has a sofa bed and can be used as an additional sleeping area.
- There's a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just set up a drying rack and you're good to go.
- The gorgeous hardwood floor is old and has some flaws- rustic!

Move in
