This modern, fully furnished 2-room flat is located in a quiet and green neighborhood in the central district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a brand new building equipped with an elevator.
With approximately 47 square metres of living space, the bright flat features an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom fitted with a rain shower and a separate toilet. The new kitchen is integrated into the living/dining room and is equipped with kettle, microwave, hub and oven.
From the living room there is access to a spacious south facing furnished balcony, perfect for fresh air and relaxation. In addition, the living room has a TV and a work space with a desk and chair. Next to the living room is the bright bedroom, furnished with a 140cm double bed, wardrobe, mirrors and lighting. There are blackout curtains in both the living room and bedroom to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating, a video intercom system and smoke detectors. All costs such as electricity, heating, water and internet are included in the rent.
