A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Friedrichshain, Berlin. The property is big and bright, and it has a charming living room with a TV, a table and chairs, and a comfy couch. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you might need, including an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, a large fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, and plenty of counter space and cabinet space. Outside the kitchen entrance, there is a top-loading washing machine. The bathroom is also modern and new, and it has a large mirror and a big shower. The bedroom is gorgeous and cosy and has access to a big balcony, where you will find a small table and chairs.
Friedrichshain is a lively, trendy part of Berlin. Home to lots of excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, Friedrichshain is truly one of Berlin's most sought-after neighborhoods to live in. Well-connected by public transportation, you can't do better than to live in Friedrichshain!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and sunny. It's cheerful!
- There is a sizeable balcony off of the bedroom, which has a table with chairs on it. Breakfast in the sun and fresh air, anyone?
- There are gorgeous wood floors throughout the property.
- The apartment is located in one of Berlin's most trendy, fun neighborhoods. Woohoo!
Things to keep in mind
- There is a small, 1-time cleaning fee when leaving the apartment.
- Please be advised that the building is currently undergoing a twelve - month construction work. The constructions will be most likely finished around 03/11/2022.
