We are releasing our apartment in a prime location and is available for rent (with registration). It is located right next to Viktoriapark in Bergmannkiez and just a few minutes' walk from grocery stores. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk away, the nearest subway is 4 minutes walk away. The property is move-in ready and well furnished. We had a great relationship with the landlord, who speaks English fluently (which is a blessing!). Details and images can be found below.
