The building was completed in 2016 and has an elevator. The stylish and comfortable furnishings give the apartment a special character. A modern mix with a unique luxury ambience awaits you, together with the cleverly designed floor plans and many floor-to-ceiling windows, a relaxed living atmosphere is offered. The perfect backdrop for stylish living in the heart of Berlin.
The property is located right in the center of Berlin Mitte - on Spittelmarkt. The district is one of the most sought-after residential areas in the capital. It has the highest density of cafes, good restaurants, cinemas, theaters and small and large shops. Famous and historical buildings, including the rebuilt Berlin Palace and museums, are part of this district. Culture and art are the order of the day here. The location is very central and ideally connected to S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, buses and trams. The U2 subway line is very well connected - from there you can reach everything and it is only a few minutes walk from your apartment.
In just 10 minutes walk you can also reach the Gendarmenmarkt and the nearby Nicolaiviertel, the most popular square for tourists and Berliners.
