This is a completely new renovated apartment right in the middle of the hip area of Friedrichshain at Boxhagener Platz. It is in the garden house with approx. 48qm with a nice view of the calm garden from the balcony. You can be the first person moving in after the renovations.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor and has very high ceilings of 3,5 m with some beautiful Altbau elements.
The new kitchen has spotlights and is equipped with an induction cooker, washing machine / washer-dryer, 200L fridge, microwave and all equipment (e.g. plates, cups and cutlery etc.) needed.
The bathroom has a rain shower and a WC with an integrated Bidet function. Day light can enter through colored glas tiles.
Above the bathroom you have around 4sqm of extra storage space / sleeping area.
Additionally a cellar is available, too.
It is fully new and furnished:
A huge Loft-Bed with a new double-size mattress of 2m\*1,8m that suits up to two people has been tailor-made and installed.
Also a big wardrobe with mirrors below the loft bed, a design office chair, an electrically adjustable working desk, a lamp, really everything is there!
A new cosy sofa with another sleeping place for guests is in place.
The high ceiling with an original brick wall ensures a nice atmosphere.
The windows are double-glazed. This is temperature insulating and you don't hear any noise from outside.
It is an ideal starting point for someone, who is new in Berlin or looks for interim let.
