The 1-room apartment, 41qm in the 4th floor with lift, is sunny, bright and quiet. Little balcony to the garden site. Fully equipped for living. One room with bed and sitting corner, table, smart - TV. The kitchen fully equipped with fridge, washing mashine, plates, dishes. Bathroom with shower. Towels and bed stuff are provided.
There is a large hall and extra kitchen .
All Windows and the Balkony are facing the large Community Garden area
ANMELDUNG is possible. For Anmeldung you need to have the retal agreement and the confirmation from me that you have moved into the flat.
The rent includes internet, central heating, gas ( up to 50 euro per month), electricity up to 50 euro per month)
When you make a booking request please note, that the ending of the rental contract is possible only by the end of the month. So please make your booking until the end of the month.
