1-room apartment appr. 41 qm qm with south-side balcony, 4d floor with lift, very queit and sunny, Spandau, opposite the Bus-stop to the Tube. Modern furnishing. Room with double bed (180x200), or alternatively 2 single beds 90x200, dining table, sitting place for 2 people, Flat screen TV, little storage place extra, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, kitchen fully equipped for living, beds, towels provided, bathroom with tub. The is only one room livening/sleeping. Kitchhen is extra.
The flat has central heating. Fully furnished and fully equiped kitchen for living, including towels and bedclothes.
Security Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after the rent is finished, when there is no damage.
Smoking and pets is not allowed.
