We are offering a very attractive, newly renovated and fully furnished 1.5 room apartment on the 1st floor of our three-family house in Berlin Spandau Wilhelmstadt for rent. It has a very nice view of the single-family houses and greenery.
The apartment is limited to at least 1 year and max. 2 years. We can offer you an extension after the end of the contract if necessary. The apartment is suitable for 1 to 2 people.
Can be rented as a shared apartment. Two people 700 euros each or the entire apartment for 1400 euros including heating.
The apartment is very centrally located, but still in a quiet street and upscale area. The bus station that goes to the center and the old town of Spandau is only a 5-minute walk away. Pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria and restaurants are within walking distance. There are several bus lines, Edeka and Aldi within 15 minutes.
There is storage space for suitcases etc. in a large built-in cupboard in the stairwell.
The region also offers water and great recreational opportunities. Nature lovers are in the right place here. A trip to the Havel, Karolinenhöhe sewage fields (within walking distance), Südpark, Grimnitzsee, Scharfe Lanke, Pichelssee (5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus) and much more.
