What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Mitte tends to be noisy (full of tourists) or dead at night (full of offices), but this pocket of neighborhood is different. It has virtually no tourists, yet convenient and full of residential charms. We are a fair and respectful couple in Berlin (a small landlord), so your deposit will be surely returned so long as there's no damage.
Public transportations. Walkable from Markisches Museum/Spittelmarkt (Four mins), and Henrich-Heinestrasse/Jannowitzbrucke/Museumsinsel (Ten mins). Supermarket is also three minutes away as well as restaurant/cafe options.

Important:
The second bedroom is furnished as an office that works also as a guest room. A single bed will be added along with nightstand and floor lamp.
