A spacious closet and a double bed (160cm) offer space for up to two people. Due to the location in the back house, there is no traffic noise at night.
LIVING ROOM:
Equipped, among other things, with a couch and internet-enabled Smart-TV. Here is also the dining area.
KITCHEN:
White, open kitchen wth dishwasher, wash-dryer and coffee machine.
BATHROOM:
Modern daylight bathroom with toilet/shower with white tiles and towel radiator.
LOCATION
The apartment is not far from Charlottenburg Palace. The large park of the castle is ideal for walking or jogging.
The bus routes 109 and M49 and also the U7 (stop: Richard-Wagner-Platz) are nearby. Within 10 minutes you are by bus at the Kudamm and by bike at the TU Berlin.
A deposit is required. The rent including all utilitiy costs is 1699 Euro / month. Due to Ukraine crisis, the surcharge for a monthly heating consumption of more than 750 kWh must be borne by the tenant himself. Electricity consumption of more than 150 euros per month must also be paid by the tenant himself.
There is also the possibility to rent a parking space.
