Temporary accommodation in a very popular location in Berlin. We are renting the UHU Loft with a sublease from 15/5/2025, until October 2025. Under particularly suitable circumstances, the rental period can also be extended. Amenities This exceptional 160 m² loft impresses with its open architecture and unique atmosphere. The central living area is characterized by warm wooden elements, wide country-style floorboards, and elegant Moroccan tiles. Numerous plants, a library, a piano, and an extra-large aquarium create an inspiring ambiance. A small stage can be used as a sleeping platform or a creative space. Various lighting installations lend the room a very special ambiance. Above the sauna and the entrance area/cloakroom, there are stairs to a second level that can be used for relaxation or sleeping. The fully equipped open kitchen can also be used as a bar. A generous gas stove, a large oven, two refrigerators, and a large oak bar counter enhance the cooking experience. ​ Our bathrooms were also designed with Moroccan tiles. The larger of the bathrooms has a shower and an extra-large bathtub and has often been described by our guests as the most beautiful bathroom in town. ​ ​ A built-in music system and a record player with a large record collection are also available. ​ ​ A highlight is the spacious, luxurious sauna – please note that electricity costs are billed separately.
