This stylish 87 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent provides a cozy home in the lively Mitte neighborhood. The apartment is very well-furnished with a spacious living room area with big windows and beautifully painted artwork. The apartment has wood flooring throughout and freshly-painted walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open-layout where you will find the dining table. The bedroom is a cozy interior room and there is a modern bathroom.

On Schlegelstrasse, you get the best of both worlds on a quiet street with a small park across the street, but still within walking distance to plenty of amenities. Nearby you have plenty of cafes, international restaurants, and grocery stores. When in the mood to unwind you can also check out the art gallery and jazz club just a few minutes away.

What we liked the most
