What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Dear family and friends, feel warmly invited to my oasis of well-being. I am going to Costa Rica to give birth to my daughter. That is why, I prefer reliable and mindful guests who treat my precious home as their own. The house is located on the peninsular Stralau near the train station S-Ostkreuz / Treptower Park, first water row on the very top. It’s green, peaceful and sunny in this nature reserve. And yet, you are centrally located to cafés, restaurants and clubs in the hip districts Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. This makes this area very special and unique. The fully equipped and furnished apt. has two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a comfy pullout couch and desk, and one with a king-size bed. Our treasure is the big living and kitchen area with a very relaxing panoramic water view facing south. Together with our sunrise and sunset terrace, it makes this place a true oasis of peace. Even during winter, sunbathing is guaranteed :) I prefer peaceful, mindful and trustworthy guests who respect the place as much as I do, and also take good care of the plants. It is perfect for two people or a small family. Only with ID, proof of income and personal liability insurance. If you wish to pay less we may have a separate contract. Love, Julia
