Diese Wohnung ist zentral im hippen Teil von Mitte / Moabit gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie befindet sich unweit von der Siegessäule. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant und Cafes sing gehläufig in der Nachbarschaft. Siegessäule und Brandenburger Tor sowie die Spree sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen
Die Wohnung selber ist minimalistisch eingerichtet und hat hohe Decken mit Stuck sowie echte Holzdielen und bietet so die Möglichkeit sie weiter zu definieren.
Waschmachine uns Spülmachine sind ebenfalls in der Wohnung.

Located in the central district of Mitte is this 65 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. An already well-sized apartment, the high ceilings and big windows create a grand and sun-filled home. The living room is a large space perfect for entertaining, furnished with a couch, dining table, and television. There is also a spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a small dining table. The interior apartment provides a quiet and tranquil environment ideal for a couple or individual.
On Zinzendorfstraße, the apartment is located in a residential area near the Spree River. Right around the corner you can find a grocery store, pharmacy, and a small park. Across the river you can also find more shops and a gym. When you need to move around you are well-connected by several buses but also have a U-bahn station just 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- All the rooms have big windows that keep the property bright and fresh.
- We love the high ceilings and the wooden floors.
- The bedroom is spacious with a huge standalone wardrobe.
