- the office, equipped with a bed, too.
Due to the room layout and furniture, it is perfect for couples, but also for two colleagues (each one using one room combined for sleeping and working).
LANDLORD POLICIES;:
- Parties are not allowed
- No open fire, including candles, etc.
- Overnight guests only upon landlord approval
- Sub-Rental is strongly forbidden
- There is a need to have a German private cover insurance (which is rather cheap, ca. hundred EUR per year, "Haftpflichtversicherung")
- The security deposit needs to be transferred within four business days after booking closed. Payment methods: Wise, PayPal or bank transfer
