This 1-bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, is a 54 m² property that is constantly filled with natural light. There is beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, as well as simple but stylish decor that creates a cozy home. The living room is quite spacious furnished with a big couch and a round dining table for 4. The bedroom comes with a double bed and a spacious walk-in closet located next door. The kitchen is also well-sized and fully equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The apartment is tucked away in a courtyard providing a quiet atmosphere; but on Prenzlauer Allee, it is a fantastic base to explore the city. The surrounding area is a chic and neighborhood where you can find lots of beautiful archtecture, small parks and plenty of shops and restaurants. You are also very well-connected to the city center with a tram stop right outside your door.
