As you enter this fantastic 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Lehmbruckstraße, you will fall in love with how much light filters into the stylishly decorated open-concept space. The living room, furnished with a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa, flows naturally into the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a ceramic hob and a built-in dishwasher. There is a small table with 2 tall chairs in this area, but the crowning jewel is the spacious and furnished balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. Not to mention the fantastic bathroom, which features a double sink, separate shower and bathtub.

Friedrichshain is one of the liveliest, most vibrant areas in the city, and here you’ll be at epicenter of the Berlin music scene. It’s a good thing that the apartment faces a quiet interior courtyard; a respite from the dozens of nightclubs and music venues within walking distance. You will also have no problem finding restaurants and bars, of course, and there is a Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away to cover all your basic necessities.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious balcony is a fantastic addition to an already great apartment.
  • Having a separate bathtub and walk-in shower stall in the bathroom makes it even better.
  • The apartment is very close to the Spree and in the heart of Berlin’s most vibrant nightlife.
  • With so much going on, it’s a good thing that the apartment faces a quiet interior courtyard!
