The 4th floor apartment has an area of 98 m² with a large semi-open kitchen and living room, which open up onto 2 fully furnished terraces. The apartment is very well decorated with elegant furniture, colorful rugs, and beautiful artwork. Every room of the house is equipped and furnished to provide maximum comfort, including the big bathroom that comes with both a box shower and an elegant bathtub.

Treptow is a district where you will find more locals than tourists. Located about 20 minutes outside the city center, it is know for it's open spaces, lakes, and parks. On Rethelstraße, you will get to experience the best of what this area offers with the lush Treptow Park just a few minutes walk away. There are several buses nearby to get you around town, as well as an S-bahn station a 15-minute ride away.

What we liked the most

  • There is plenty of space to relax or entertain.
  • The 2 terraces are ready to be used, with outdoor patio seating.
  • We love the skylight windows that let in lots of natural light.
  • The bedroom has a huge standalone wardrobe.
  • If you don't like to cook, this large and modern kitchen might be enough to motivate you.
