The fancy loft-style, fully equipped one-bed room flat is freshly renovated and located in Pankow, in the neigbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg (5min walking) at lake Weißer See (10min walking) and Alexanderplatz (20min tram). Perfect for those that love nature and want to be close to the Prenzlauer Berg vibe (with cafés, bar and the Mauerpark) and the centre (Alexanderplatz) at the same time.
The flat is situated on the first floor, with a view of the beautiful community garden that everyone in the house can use for barbecuing or relaxing. The flat is awesome to relax as it is very quiet but at the same time you can reach East Berlin's and Mitte's pulsing and popular quarters fast.
Lake Weißen See with its public swimming area (Strandbad) it within walking distance. Ideal for walk or if you enjoy jogging around around a lake.
The newly renovated flat comes with a modern and loft style open plan kitchen and living area, a corridor with a small bar, a separate bed room and a bath room with a combined shower and bath tub. The flat is a renovated historic "Berliner Altbau", very charming with stucco at the ceilings. The flat is fully equipped, so everything you need is in the flat.

The apartment is also perfect for remote working: - High speed internet: ~100 Mbps download, ~40 Mbps upload - Extra large table in the living room for remote working - Extra expandable working desk in the sleeping area - Plus doing calls or working from the small coffee bar in the living room
The parking situation is excellent (ideal for tenants with a car): - Free public and unlimited parking spaces directly in front of the building - Another large free public parking lot 5 minutes away - Tenants can use the parking spaces free of charge - There is always a free parking spot available, which is very rare in Berlin
Bicycle: The bicycle in the flat is free for your usage around the city. If you want to feel like a real Berliner, you should definitely cycle around the city.
