Located on the 6th floor of a monument-protected historic building, which was shortlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the apartment offers a stunning view over Strausberger Platz.
The apartment has been fully refurbished and is equipped with brand-new, high-quality appliances from leading German manufacturers, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooktop, and oven. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential household items such as cutlery, plates, glasses, a kettle, and a coffee machine.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain-shower function, providing a modern and comfortable experience. The bedroom is furnished with a large bed (180 × 200 cm), and bed linen and towels are provided and stored in the wardrobe.
The apartment offers a total living area of 64 m² and consists of one bedroom and one living room. The interior design, furniture, and decoration are high-end and carefully selected, creating an elegant and comfortable living environment. A 49-inch flat-screen TV is available in the living room.
